Podcast:

Ask: For this brief, we were required to record a podcast trailer of our topic of choice. We had to choose a topic that had longevity and could produce multiple episodes if we chose to further the podcast. We had to then align it with a brand that is relevant to our target audience.

 

Solution: I chose to talk about the topic of boys and how different they are to girls. The tone of the podcast was very light-hearted, youthful and funny. The brand I chose to align myself with is Dork Diaries because of its target audience.

 

It caters to children in middle school. I opted to use the target audience and asked the brand to direct their traffic to our brand once their audience became too old for the series.
